just wondering if anyone has any info on their new creatine called cex...looks kinda neat..it has c-akg and an ester...is it even out yet?

I have been testing it and so far its the best creatine I have ever used...the pumps are ridiculous!

We started to bring it out but the taste of the straight powder was so horrific we decided that we HAD to find a way to flavor it. Well, we just got that done and now it tastes excellent rather than like battery acid, LOL. It should be hitting the market soon.

I'm using Creatine Ethyl Ester from Custom, it's a great product. I picked up a kilo for $60.

I'm a college football player and i'm thinking about taking VPXs CEX. I know that creatine by itself is not illegal for NCAA athletes but does anyone know if CEX has anything in it that could cause me to fail a drug test?

hey i have a question im about to go off and buy some c-e-x and i have a wuestion and you ghota be honest with me, if im gona pay 60 bux for creatine, first does it have ANY potential side affects, and the most important thing is is it really gona be working like everyone says, im looking for having my veins pop out a little more, im 12% bodfat and 200 pounds so im looking good but im not satisfied with my veins i heard that it makes you veins pop out like crazy is that really true because it wouldnt be nice if vpx bullshits people i already bought some products from them...... and another quesiton is will it really work the first time i take it but my main concern is that i really show veins and pump i love veins

Most people find that it increases vascularity and pumps. I will not say its a guarentee, but thats very common feedback.

To date, there have been no reported side effects, but also be aware that no long term studies have been done on CEE's.

Some people take it twice per day and some up to 4 x per day....1/2 tsp per dose. Most common times are upon awakening, 45 min before training, right after training, and 30 min before final meal.

a. Pump does not proportionally mean muscle growth. Muscle growth can and does occur without "the pump". Although this will stimulate argument.
b. Anything like AKG or any NO product will increase your vascularity, BUT only while taking it. The moment you stop, the moment it goes away.
c. IMO (having tried numerous versions), NO products (anything that promotes "the pump" via AKG) is a HUGE waste of money. Creatine is not a waste though, but with VPX, you will pay out the ass. No offense GP, but it is expensive.

Some GNC's may have it (most Vitamin Shoppes have it). As for ordering it through the mail...don't know where you are ordering from, but I must have placed over 1000 orders through the mail and never once did it get lost

I agree! You can get Prolab for under $20 ( I think it's two 500grm bottles and a t-shirt) Great for a tight budget.

Can anybody else tell a difference between creatine mono. and the creatine ester? I'm almost out of CM, and I don't want to spend the extra money on the CEX unless I'm pretty sure it's worth it...
