there are lots of people that eat just whole foods. I try and get all my cals form whoe foods as much as possible but sometimes I am to busy and a shake is the only way to make it happen. It is difficult for a lot of people to get all their cals fomr whole foods also as some people eat a lot and the whole food will make them feel to bloated or full. Why do you ask? there is nothing wrong with protein shakes to supplement your already healthy diet.
