Creatine Monohydrate + 2 Scoops of Moutain Blast Poweraid Mix.

    Quote- Plouffe:
I use Poweraid mix. It works great, B Vitamins, maldextrin, and dextrose. The stuff works great, and its only like 3 bucks for a decent size tub.

creatine shouldn't remain in solutution long enough for taste to even be a factor. once mixed with water I would consume 100% of it in less than 30 seconds...it's no sipping drink
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
