    What supps have you tried?

    I was curious to see what supps everyone has used. Tell me what has worked for you and what hasn't worked for you and what do you think of trying??

    things I've tried that work and I still use:

    r-ALA
    CLA
    creatine
    BCAA's
    L-Glutamine and Glutamine peptides
    whey protein fractions
    blended proteins
    EFA's
    ZMA
    Acetyl-L-Carnitine
    glucose based sugars
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
