Hi, I have a few questions about the Dorian Yates Approved Pro GF. I have did some research and I'm coming up with different answers. It says works best on a empty stomach. I've also read to take it 30 minutes before training. It said it helps to burn fat. My question would be how should I take this supplement? I have started working out in the mornings and have been drinking a protein shake before and after. So I was wondering about maybe drinking the Pro GF before my training and protein after? Or drink a Pro GF after I train? Any help would be appreciated.
