MRI CE2 creatine?
Anyone tried this yet. I read somewhere in a magazine that it has no water retention so it works 19 times better than normal creatine because you dont piss it all out.

Today is my first day on CE2. I am taking it with NO2 by MRI as well. I have not been able to work out for 2 years. Because I ripped the crap out of my right knee training in the USMC.
I took this stuff today and realized the strength I had 2 years ago dropped but it gave me the familiar endurance felt from being on creatine monohydrate for a week. MRI says this new "ESTER Creatine" works faster and it did for me. As recommended, I took CE2 1 minute before working out and experienced none of the tired muscles I thought I would especially since I had not hit the weights in 2 years.
If you don't have the the book called "The Nitric Oxide Revolution" by Ed Byrd get it from GNC for a $1 and follow it. Ed Byrd is the person who co-founded EAS and brought Creatine to the average person and, he also developed NO2.
