In the dosage needed if I recall it would be VERY VERY expensive. Thats if it did work.
When I was 21 I tried 1-AD for almost two weeks, at 300mg a day, and I had great gains. I stopped usage after I had my blood drawn at a physical and my liver enzymes were almost 200, which I was told by the physician was almost triple the normal level. I am 23 now and have reached a weight plateau and didn't want to deal with the 1-AD, worrying about my liver and I have also seen some side effects like rashes and gyno in these forums with its usage, I am definitely out on those too. Anyway after all that crap - Is there any benefits in taking just 6-OXO? Has anyone seen any gains just from it and if so what was the dosage? Any responses would be appreciated.

What do you all have in mind as far as dosage, for a 3 week cycle what would you be looking at $ wise.
Personally I don't think it would be effective at any dosage as a standalone in most people. Some who lack the 5ar enzyme may get some benefit, but then you would be a hermaphrodite.
It is a great PCT supp though.![]()
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

Also I have a hard time believing that 1-ad would raise ALT or AST levels to 200. People that have taken methyls don't approch that level. I would keep a check on it as I suspect other problems.
