    quick creatine Q

I usually do my routine and follow it with 20 minutes of light-moderate cardio. Do I want to take the creatine before or after the cardio? Thanks in advance.

Shouldn't matter if your creatine doesn't have carbs, if it does have carbs take it after your cardio.

    I'd take it after.

I've experienced cramping when taking creatine right before some hard cardio.
