I have recently been told that my best bet as far as a legal supplement to add about 10lbs of muscle is M1T. I have several concerns about this product especially due to the fact that my wife and I are working on having our first child. My first concern is, does M1T cause any sexual side effects(infertility in men or inpotence)? Seconly which brand of M1T is best? I seen them in both capsule form and serum.
underground labs is good quality ( havent tired it yet but that is what everyone says here) and it is by far the cheapest. It will drastically decrease your sex drive but if you take 4-ad with it that is suppose to help counter that as well as the lethargy. If you do order I suggest www.bulknutrition.com
Go to the supplement section or and read the sticky on Prohoromones and Prosteriods, Very very helpful.
You are also going to need something for your post cycle therapy (PCT)
Honestly, if I were you and I was trying to have a child, I'd keep my body as free of chemicals as possible...especially chemicals that directly f' with your hormones and sperm. You'd never forgive yourself if you felt later in life like your choice to do "fill-in-the-blank" affected your child's development, or worse, contributed to some sort of birth defect...not saying it definitely would, but why open that door? How important is ten pounds?
On top of that, you don't even know what M1T is, how harsh it is, or that is an incredibly strong and hepatoxic oral, yet you're willing to pop it on the advice of a friend, which reflects pretty poorly on your decision making abilities. And there is no such thing as M1T "Serum."
Have you reached a plateau or something? What is your reasoning behind needing M1T to "gain 10 pounds?" Have you tried tweaking your diet and training? How long have you been training?
I'd say go all natural up until a viable embryo has developed, and then do whatever the hell you want!
Yes I have reached a plateau and I have tried everything from dieting to changing my workout habits as far as the time of the day I go to the gym to how many days a week to my routines. Nothing seems to work. I have even played around increasing my calorie intake but saw that I started to store fat even though I increased my cardio. I am stuck at 157lbs and I am 5'6'. I have been training seriously for a year and a half. What can I do?
