    My L-Arginine experiences...

So, I have been using this for a week now. I bought 454g from Bulknutrition.com and have been using 6g 2x/day. I have no lifting stuff to report, but I do have some subjective quality of life stuff. First off, my BP seems to be much lower when my heart rate goes up. It seems as though that when I sprint up the stairs, or what have you, I don't get that high BP feeling.

Also, I seem to have more energy throughout the day than normal. I would figure I would have much LESS energy right now since I start PCT tomorrow. Coinciding with this, it seems that I am getting deeper sleep than usual. In general, I feel time flies when I sleep, but the past couple days it has seemed as though time stands still when I sleep. Case in point this am. I woke up at 6:20 and decided I would get another hour of sleep. I woke up at 6:45 and felt like I had slept an extra couple of hours, freaky. I wonder if all of this has anything to do with my high BP over the last year and my family history of high cholesterol. I know L-Argiine is supposed to help with these things. I will check my BP on Wednesday cuz I have to go to CVS anyway.

My final note is the wang thing, my wang get's ridiculously hard and for no apparent reason sometimes. Last night I had to handle business because I could not go to sleep as a result of this issue.

I am hitting the gym tonight and maybe I will have some lifting stuff to report.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I am very interested in how your lifting tests go. I almost brought some L-A on Saturday and decided I didnt want to be my own ginny pigs (even though the price was right)

Those results sound about like I would expect due to L-Arginine's vasorelaxation properties.

    Well, update.

I have been off L-Arginine for 5 days. I am going to do a 2 week on 1 week off type off cycling with it. So far I am liking it, I am still more vascular than normal right now. When I was playing tennis last night I had veins bugging everywhere. Again, I think I have high cholesterol which may have something to do with the effect I am getting. I hit the weights hardcore tonight so we will see.

Dale, do you have any pics? I was going to bump the "Enthanate thoughts" but might as well ask here
