I read somewhere on here that you cant take creatine and NO at the same time, that I should come off creatine for 7 to 10 days aleast before starting on NO...
I have just gotten thru the 5 day loading phase of creatine and 4 days of the maintenance phase and Im out. So some friends and I are going to try out the NOX3 stuff.....which I read that it works on some but not on others.
Why is it that I have to come off creatine first? Im new to the supplement stuff.
I'm not aware of any negative interactions between creatine and Nitric Oxide products. From personal experience I wouldn't waste your money on NO. Check out these other posts on NO:-
The damage has already been done. Ive already bought it and open the bottle.. Its no biggie to me...only $30 I had that money to waste, I know I could have got something else but Im new to all this and got caught up in the hype I guess........but I just want to see if it works. Hell I might be one that it does work on, you never know.
I just want to know why I have to wait 10 days after Im off creatine to start taking it.
