Made a mistake in question...Sorry , I do take Isopure immediately following workout. (looking into All The Whey) thanks. But my question really was to keep my muscles fed could I use Protein powders instead of freeform caps or tabs. This is with of course Proper protein and carb diet from whole foods. Thanks. I would go with protein powder. 2 grams of aminos is a far cry from 22-25 grams of protein loaded with BCAAs/aminos anyway.

Designer has always been expensive so I dont use it but it is far far less now than when it was introduced I'm sure.
