    Isopre is good.

Now Foods has a whey protein isolate shake that tastse really good.

Mollecular Nutrition makes whey protein shakes called "whey fruity" because they are all fruit flavors instead of your typical choc and vanilla. they are isolate too.

to make the shake thicker just use less water.

Maybe someone here has tried this and can give you some feeback. just get your diet in order and the rest will follow. that is the best advice I can give ya.

PVL Whey Gourmet is really thick, but didn't you tell me about it? I love that stuff, although it's kind of pricey compared to other stuff I get. Definitely delicious though when I'm sick of chocolate!

be careful about whipping it up too much in the blender. sure it'll get thicker but be careful, you could end up getting protein wall paper paste instead.
