One guy at the gym I go to is absolutely massive and claims he doesen't use any supps, including protein shakes. Works his ass off though and practically lives at the place. Some people just have good genetics I guess.

i really don't see why it matters. supplements really don't help that much (i do not conside pro-hormones and prosteriods supps). thats why they are "supplements" b/c the supplement you lifting. i don't know why people are like: " a-ha, i don't use supplements" (which is often an excuse for their body) like supps. are juice or something. i sometimes take supps. and sometimes i don't. most of the times i do anyway, they really don't do anything. oh well, protein shakes and ecy are good tho.

a lot of people think that all supplements don't work which is incorrect, but there are surely a lot which do not work at all.

there are a lot of effectice supplements on the market with proven medical study behind them. most people do not know how to use them effectively and/or they expect too much out of them...
