Mixing Supplements

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Here are the supplements I take daily:

Multi's
Fiber Pills
Digestive Enzymes
Triflex (glucosemine, msn, for joints)

My question is, is it bad to take different pills with one another??? Ex. Taking fiber pills with digestive enzymes, are they less effective that way?? I always mix the pills together.

Yes, mixing that combination is fine. I mix even more than that, alot more than that

Rob the digestive enzymes are used to help break down the food easier. Most digestive enzymes have ingredients in them to help breakdown fats, carbs (especially lactase), and proteins. Some of us with digestive issues, such as myself, benefit from using these. I have a strong stomach for eating and drinking nasty things but when it comes to digestion, my stomach is weak.
