    Lean system 7

i was just wondering if anyone has taken it and the how the results were. Im going to do 40/40/20, doing cardio 2 days, weights 3rd day and 4th day relax carb load day and want to know if i could take it every day except on the free day b/c i would think you wouldn't want to still be in a deficit on the high carb day. also, if the results from the supplement were good, how long was it before you saw results. Thanks to anyone who has info on this.

also, has anyone tried twinlab ripped fuel extreme and think it might be better than Ls7 and are also wondering if it would be ok if i took it while on my 40/40/20 the high carb day cycle, or would it hurt if i took it on the high carb day ( b/c i heard its good to take supplements every day and then maybe a break after a month or so) but i don't want to find out that by taking it on the high carb day, i did not get enough carbs. So..would it be alright, taking it every single day, maybe as long as i atleast have 60% carbs? thanks

I often use Lean System 7. It helps me cut up without muscle loss. If I want to lose weight quick, I use Hydroxycut instead and up the aerobics a tad. The best results I have acheived with these types of products actually boosting my metabolism, and lowing my body fat percentage without loosing muscle is to use Ergolean MC by Ergopharm. Take Two ErgoLean with breakfast, three Lean system 7 at lunch, and one ErgoLean mid afternoon. It works awesome. They have much less caffiene than the Hydroxycut and the twinlab stuff, but you will still get some of the buzz. Do this everyday you work out (weights & cardio) and I promise that you will lose body fat if your diet is right and aerobics adequate. I lost 2% body fat in two weeks doing this, without loosing muscle. Great Mix!
