    great cutting stack

I think what I have will do for a first time PH user but I was wondering about what PH's worked the best for your cutting cycles and what kind of results you got from them. ....Thanks for all the help.

Personally, I would suggest using a PS for a cutting cycle, instead of a PH. A PS (pro-steroid-totally legal) like transdermal 4ad or MD should boost your test and help you retain muscle while burning fat. But with PS you have to take something to keep your estrogen in check. If you go with PS use Ergopharm's 6-OXO per instructions for this purpose. MD doesn't work well on everyone (just most), but transdermal 4-ad is a solid bet. My advice: Buy 2 bottles of 4derm from dermobolics (they are half price at Bulknutrition.com) and two bottles of 6-OXO--the best price I have found for this is at massnutrition.com, but you might as well get them at the same place and not pay shipping twice. Start the 4-Derm as per instructions (should last a month if you use twice a day) and take 4 caps of 6-OXO a day starting two weeks after you begin the 4derm (this should also last a month). So after the 4-derm month is up, you will still be taking the 6-OXO for two more weeks. Be warned though, you will be more aggresive and horny for these 6 weeks. But you will keep all your muscle while burning fat--if your diet and exercise are right. It is well worth the cost (about $100) for six weeks. Using a good thermogenic for this period will help too. I suggest Lean System 7, but it can be pricey. If you can get your hands on a good ECA stack, do so. Watch the fat melt! Let us know how it goes. Oh, don't bother with 4-AD pills. Stick to transdermal spray.

I agree with Pirate that transdermal 4-AD is a solid PH/PS but in my experience it will also create some serious water retention, particuarly if stacked alone. I stacked Nordiol with transdermal 4-AD (dermabolics) and made good progress, although about 5lbs of my gains were water.

You might want to research M4OHN which is building a reputation as a great cutter.

As for PCT I would seriously consider Nolvadex over 6-OXO. It's cheaper and more more effective. Sources for Nolvadex have been posted on this board in the past.

Good advice redspy. I have heard of M4OHN, but don't anything about it. I have found 6-OXO to be effective. Nolvadex requires a prescription, but is certainly superior. How much weight did you gain on a cutting cycle for 5lbs. to be water? You must be able to put on serious muscle while cutting. I am envious.

I put on 7lbs of muscle and about 5lbs of water. Mine wasn't really a cutting cycle, more a clean bulk. After a week of PCT all the excess water weight has gone. The Nordiol/4-AD was a good stack, not as anabolic as some but very low on sides (a few cramps, water rentention etc)

For my next cycle I'm thinking of using one the following:-

    1-AD/4-AD
    M4OHN with 4-AD or M5
    Nordiol/4-AD

Redspy, why not M1T instead of 1-AD? Planning a long cycle? I have had good results with 1-AD ( 6 weeks), but everyone says M1T blows it out of the water. I understand why. But it seems that 1 month is the longest "safe" cycle. I plan on doing M1T and transdermal 4-AD for 4 weeks with creatine and lots of calories starting in a week (for mass). By the way, 1-AD was excellent for cutting. Just a little short on energy with reduced calories.
