ok, i heard that the body does not lower it's metabolism if you Burn off the fat rather than lower calories, is this true?, would it be ok to take fat burners for a month or 2 nonstop, losing body fat without losing much muscle? If you ARE supposed to lower calories, do you raise them back up to maintenace every few days? and are you really supposed to take them every day or do you stop every once and a while... im just scared that with the contant deficit ( even if it is all because of the supplement/cardio, not decreased calories) by body would still start to lower it's metabolism if it is taken everyday...thank you
