Been lifting and working hard, want to start on suppliments

I've been lifting for a good two years now and I've been working with Gopro's P/rr/S routine and although I have been gaining muscle, I lately have been in a slump and I finally have the money to buy some suppliments.

I just turned 18 and am 5'10 and only 140lbs so I'm looking to gain some bf, but would like to add some more muscle. I eat 6 meals a day, however, I am a soccer player and well, those calories get burned up very fast in just a medium pace practice.

I just want some suggestions on what I should be taking. I have been taking multivitamin and I'm just wanting to "beef" up.

If you could, give me the name of the suppliment, when and what I need to take it with and around the price range.

Pictures of me can be found in gallery, very old photo's but gives you an idea of how small I am.

Looks like you just need to eat a lot more, to be honest. Whats your diet look like right now?

As for supplements... how about creatine? It's dirt cheap and one of the most effective supplements you can buy.

There's tons and tons of information on this forum about creatine and how to use it, try a search.

Regarding dangers there are over 100 studies on creatine and none of them have concluded creatine poses any real danger. There are rumors about muscle cramping and problems with temperature regulation while exercising but none of this has been proven. It's a safe supplement.
