    I need a second opinion

I picked up Animal MStak and Cuts (which Ive since learned isnt that great, but I cant return it so Im gonna try it and not waste the money). I sent an email to Universal, who makes the products, and they replied. I just wanted to see what you guys think, so its not just them trying to get me to use their products.

    "hi,

I just got off NO2. I did two cycles and I've been off it for 4 days. I am about to start a cycle of Animal MStak and Animal cuts. I weight am 5'6'' and 145 lbs with 12% bodyfat. I am in a cut cycle and am consuming 1600-1700 calories per day in a 50/30/20 protein/carb/fat split. I work at a gym, and usually work out after my shift ends around 3 pm, 4-6 lifting sessions a week and do 3-4 H.I.I.T. sessions per week. All my friends have used Stak and loved the results, so I picked these two up. I want to continue making mass gains while getting my bodyfat down to around 8-9ish.

    1. Do I need to wait longer to get the NO2 out of my system before starting Animal products?
    2. On my scheduale, what are the best time frames to take each Cuts and Stak packet?
    3. Are the doses compatible with someone my size, who is a lot smaller than pro body builders?
    4. Are there any changes to my diet I should make while on the cycle?

    Thank you for your time.

    Sal"

"Here's the answers to your questions:
    1. Do I need to wait longer to get the NO2 out of my system before starting Animal products?
You won't need to wait at all with the Animal products for the NO2 to get out of your system.

    2. On my schedule, what are the best time frames to take each Cuts and Stak packet?
It's bet to take the Cuts first thing in the morning with breakfast. The second dose you would want to take 3-4 hours later and then finally take the Stak 30-45 minutes before the evening workout.

    3. Are the doses compatible with someone my size, who is a lot smaller than pro body builders?
The Animal Stak at one serving a day would be compatable for someone your size.

    4. Are there any changes to my diet I should make while on the cycle?
Looking at your caloric intake, in order for you to still pack on mass you should really increase the calories so that you take in about 2200-2300 calories per day or else you might burn off more than your fat stores."

Thanks as always for your help.
    Sal

    Here's a second opinion but I don't think you'll like it...

Animal Pak is an over priced multi vitamin/mineral supplement with a few randomly added aminos (at very low doses) and other supplements with little science behind them, e.g. inosine.

Animal Stak seems like a random mix of very low dose prohormones, herbs, vitmains, stimulants and other bits 'n' pieces. As an example the 4-AD dose is only 100mg, the 19Nordione is 50mg, 5 Andro is 50mg. These doses will do absolutely nothing for you. I recently used 4-AD at 400mg per day transdermally and saw some reasonable mass gains, but oral bioavailability is much lower. If possible I'd return the Animal stuff and review the PH products at a store like bulknutrition.com

I'm not trying to burst your bubble but don't expect much in the way of gains from these products. Hopefully you'll prove me wrong...good luck.

If you haven't open the products, you can try selling them here:

I also tried Animal Stak for my first foray into prohormones a few months ago and got nothing out of them. That was before I was aware of this site and took the time to learn from the educated people here. After doing proper research, I decided to go with Dermabolics S1+ and am in my third week of a four week cycle. My expectations were pretty low when I started, but I am very pleased with the results so far. I have gained 7lbs of muscle and my strength has increased dramatically. My bench has gone from 325lbs to 355lbs in just three weeks. Also, other than some aching in my testicles, I have had no side effects at all. I have progressed to a pretty high dose in the third week, 10 sprays 2X a day, but I am a pretty big guy (6'3" 250) and am watching closely for any signs of side effects.

On a different subject, I also started taking SANS V12 Turbo last week after cycling off mono creatine for approximately two weeks. The V12 also seems to be a quality product and I have gotten some major pumps from my workouts in the past few days.
