Real T3 is not a suppliment. It is a thyriod drug and can be very dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.
i heard that taking t3 ( i don't know if its stuff like SAN or Thyrox or metabolic thyrolean) could cause bad things to happen to your thyriod and should be cycled ( 2 weeks on/ off) .. could i do lets say 2 weeks SAN t3 and than 2 weeks Lean system 7 or Xenadrine? Or would it be ok just to take t3 for 2 weeks, on week off and then back on for 2 weeks etc. I do not have A LOT to lose ( 5-7lbs fat) so i didn't want to take anything that was too powerful or could hurt me and think maybe i should "rest" from any supplements every two weeks so my body isn't contantly working overtime...any combos that you guys think would work great ( even if i cycled with 2 supplements with no time off a supplement) would be really helpful thanks. By the way, if SAN t3 or thyriox t3 or metabolism thyrolean is not that dangerous to take like a month straight and then off a week or two let me know also...

was for t3 by SAN, it IS a supplement, not a presciption med ( look at nutrition sites)and is not taking the place of your own hormones b/c it says "T-3 by SAN takes the fat-burning process to a completely new level. With T-3, bodybuilders can now experience vastly elevated thyroid hormone levels... but without any "shut down" of their natural production. That's because T-3 actually makes your thyroid gland produce more thyroid hormones on a continual basis" so it's not taking control i don't think...so that it why i asked if i could take it for about a month ( the length they recommend you take it ) and then go off for about a week or 2, and back on it again. or taking it for 2 weeks and alternating with xenadrine or lean system 7.
dg is correct. The product you're referring to contains Guggulsterones which according to marketers increases the production of T3/T4 in the body. There are no human studies to back up these claims although it has shown some effect in rats. It's a waste of money IMO. Don't confuse the product name T3 with the thyroid drug T3.
dg is referring to taking actual T3 which will help you lose some serious weight but also poses a number of risks.

I dont consider real T3 all that risky.
As for this supplement acting on TSH levels or whatever it does, I have no idea.
If this were completely true then it would be a free ride, and there would be no need to cycle it. When people use real T3 however 6+ weeks is perhaps the norm, 2 weeks is not very long at all, only clenbuterol is run like that. With T-3, bodybuilders can now experience vastly elevated thyroid hormone levels... but without any "shut down" of their natural production.

Like I told you in my private message, ErgoLean (containing 50 mg per capsule) works for me. I take 3 a day. T-3 is a hormone prescribed to people with thyroid problems. The supplements you refer to are named after that hormone. It is similar to ErgoLean. I trust the quality of Ergopharm products, so I use ErgoLean. Risks are possible, but not well documented. Do a google search to get info on Guggulsterones. That is the ingredient in these products that you must learn about. If you only want to lose 5-7 lbs of fat, 150 mg of guggulsterones a day with some thermogenics should help you do that in 4-6 weeks--assuming diet and exercise are in order. This is not too long to take this products straight. Not all companies produce the same quality guggulsterone, so go with a company with a good rep.
