    M1T causing insomnia?

I just started my first M1T cycle on Monday. I'm using 20mg/day split between two doses and currently at 230 pounds and my BF% somewhere in the high teens/low twenties. I've noticed that I can't sleep nearly as well as I did before the cycle. I wake up randomly three to four times a night for no reason. Anyone else experience something like this? I didn't find anythig when I did a search.

I guess that explains it. Maybe I'll start taking melatonin to help counter the insomnia. Thanks all!

I had similar problems with sleeping on 1-AD (which is similar to M1T). I found that combining it with a test producing product helped counteract the side effects. I suggest using ZMA on an empty stomach before sleep. Melatonin has never worked for me, personally. Another thing to consider is stacking your M1T with 4-AD. Get the transdermal and use it in the evening.
