Too much Yohimbine?
What's the maximum amount of Yohimbine a man around 175lbs should be taking?
I've been taking 7.5mg a day with 75mg ephedrine and about 200mg caffeine a day... this morning I took 5mg Yohimbine and 25mg ephedrine and I didn't notice any jitters or anything odd... What kind of risk am i taking my doubling the dosage?
