I've had way to much tendonitous in my life and you can try using things for spot relief but the only way to get rid of it is to stop the inflamation of the tendon itself. Usually means trying to stay away from using it and taking your asprin

There are anti-inflammatoriess in GC, and topical administration will allow for better absorption if the delivery system is of high quality.

Results were similar, but the taste and mixibility of V-12 is far superior.

    Rock,

I got a scrip for Celebrex for my tendinitis (shoulder). I was skeptical at first, but the stuff really worked... like immediately the first day. I had been popping tons of Advil, Aleve, etc before, plus I tried all kinds of external anti-inflammatories, arnica gel, glucosamine, etc. No longer necessary.

Might want to give it a try.

And no I not work for Pfizer.
