Buy an energy supplement for energy if you are having problems, dont abuse it as its effects will lessen over time generally. I use Vasopro Ephedrine.

For strength, there are numerous items soon to be removed from shelves. 4AD, M1T, the list goes on and on.
Motivation Bench form Charles Poliquin When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be. Lao-Tzu

Optimum Nutrition is fine. (But I never use it)

In my opinion, any Creatine Monohydrate is quite similar. Most popular brand should similar or have slightly different which nobody can point out which one is the best.

Maybe the cheapest is much more better, I think.

There is no Optimum Nutrition for sale in my country.. T_T I use GNC instead. I know it's not good enough if compare with Optimum Nutrition but I have no choice. T_T
