I need some advice. I just completed my bulking-up phase and I've gained some 20 pounds of muscles and fats. Now, I want to lose all those fats but without losing any of my hard-earned muscles. Is there any supplements out there that helps to retain my muscle while I'm trying to lose fats? I'm currently on hydroxycut.
