    Anti-catabolic pre cardio?

I am doing my cardio fist thing in the morning before breakfast. What supplements would you suggest I take with my water before the cardio (60-70% max heart rate, 30+ min) to prevent muscle loss? I've been taking glutamine, considering BCAA. All advice appreciated.

Definitely agree on the BCAAs, a few grams prior to exercise should spare muscle mass.
