Now, I do not have work out (stop work out because wrist injure) But I still take creatine 5 grams daily. Moreover, I take some vitamin below daily, too.

> Vitamin E 400 IU 1 Softgel Capsule
> Zn 15 mg, 1 tablet
> Vitamin A 25000 IU, 1 Softgel Capsule
> Vitamin C 1000 mg, 1 tablet

Do I take above supplements too much for each day? Do I should to off creatine during the non-work out period ? (I have plan to stop work out about 3 more weeks) Are there any opinion, please?
