Best Weight Gaining Supplement for Skinny Guys?

    Hey,
I am 22 yrs. old, 6'0 150 lbs. Needless to say, I am an ectomorph and pretty skinny. I want to gain mass, but find it hard to pack in the alotted 20x your body weight in calories (so like 3000 calories a day) with just food. Any suggestions on which or what type of protein/weight gaining supplement I should be using?? Any advice would be really helpful!

(I bought some N-Large 2, which has a lot of calories per serving, but have read a few reviews that it is high in sugars and fat. Your thought on an ectomorph using a supplement like this?)

    Thanks!

learing how to diet is the most important thing. supplements only work when used in conjunction with a healthy eating plan. you need to learn how to count calories and pick foods that are nutrient dense. I would shot for macros close to 30/40/30...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
