I think it's 5 sprays in the am and 5 in the pm. Spray it on your chest and then rub it in good!
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

    From the instructions:-

    Directions:
For regular use, use 2-3 sprays twice daily or 4-6 sprays once daily. To restore natural testosterone and reduce cortisol after a steroid or prohormone cycle, start with 4-6 sprays twice daily and taper down for the duration of post-cycle therapy. Hold bottle approximately 8 inches from the body and spray on torso, thighs, or upper arms. Allow 2-3 minutes to dry. Best if used immediately after bathing and drying. When applying DermaBolics products, hold the sprayer 2"-3" from a cupped hand. Spray the pump into the hand then rub onto the skin. Spraying directly on the skin may results in a "misting" effect, which may lead to loss product.
I found the best places for transdermals are chest, shoulders, upper arms and thighs.
