Researched and decided on an M1T stacked with 4Ad (spray). Never found when it was best to take it other than the instructions. Anyone notice any difference between before or after workout or just following the instructions??
I start a M1T/4-AD cycle monday. I haven't cycled these yet, but I have consulted with many on this subject in prep for my on and off cycle. I will cycle for four weeks:
Of course, if my body reacts negatively to these amounts, I might keep the dosing lower. Generally, people don't take the full dose of 4-AD when stacking it with M1T. You just need enough to offset the side effects. My Dermobolics brand 4-AD says to take 4-6 sprays twice daily, so I am roughly going to take half that, and I firmly believe that will be sufficient. Many people have warned me about raising my dosage of M1t. Some people can't handle even 10 mg--they get sick. So the general warning there is to start low and slowly raise the dose on the M1t and see how you feel and what progress you make. Anyway, that is my plan. Let me know what you go with and what the results are. I will be keeping a log of my progress, side effects, etc, and will post them.
I didn't directly address your main questions, MTN. Take M1T at bedtime or anytime not preceding your workout as people report that your blood pressure rises temporarily, and it can make you sick if you lift within hours after taking it. Take the 4-AD 12 hrs apart--like first thing in the morning and early evening on clean dry area. Let area dry well before getting dressed, don't sweat or get wet, etc.
