Non-gnc Time release vitiman
Does anyone else know of a good time release vitiman that is not made by gnc
Just curious because i am very anti Gnc. Also can some one fill me in on what fish oil is and why people take it thanx

I use The Vitamin Shoppe's "Ultimate Man" pills. Compare the ingredients to the GNC Mega Men...it's the same thing only a lot less expensive.

Why Time release
I need a time release becasue i have been told that a non time release vitiman is pointless because it hits your stomach and cancels out as to a time release gives you the full benifit
