    RE: Creatine mixing

    I would like to know if I can mix in my creatine and glutamine together with my post-workout protein shake? Would it help me in my bulking cycle? Are there any brands of creatine that doesn't need a loading phase?

    2. Creatine will certainly help bulking; glutamine is often used for its anti-catabolic qualities when cutting and to aid recuperation.

    3. Don't worry about loading creatine as muscles get saturated very quickly with daily use anyway, your body will excrete what it doesn't need. There are tons of posts here about creatine recommendations - run a search.

    i found no difference between loading and not loading. one such product called meta-cel says you have to load for 3 days- drinking 4 servings a day then 2 a day after-well each serving has 10g of creatine- thats too much for loading- 40g a day no way!!!!
