Powdered Gatorade
What can I use to make creatine taste better? Can it be mixed with milk and fruits? Yogurt and milk? Or do I have to mix it with grape juice?![]()

your creatine mixture should be consumed all at once in a matter of seconds, it doesn't need to taste good...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
What kind of creatine do you use??..I am pretty sure the stuff is supposed to be odorless and tasteless. I use prolab creatine only. I never had a problem with taste.Originally Posted by Phoenix Drake
Grape juice is fine. Over the years I have found that I got the best results from mixing 50g whey protein isolate, 50g high glycemic carb (dextrose), 10g creatine (if I have the L-glutimine i'll add 5g...this is optional) in a 20 oz shaker cup, add water shake vigorously and drink IMMEDIATELY post workout.
I also like to start my creatine cycle off by loading up on the stuff. I have 3 of the above mentioned drinks a day for 5-7 days. This is fallowed by the maintenance phase, one drink a day.
I am not currently taking creatine but I am planning to start taking it this week. In the past I have used liquid creatine and the aftertaste was horrible. I have also tried creatine monohydrate and again I had a problem with the taste. Can I mix in glutamine and creatine with my protein shake?
