    V12 Q'n

I'm currently using v12 and am currently taking it right in the morning before breakfast...and right after my workout (sometimes right in my shake). Should i change this routine because i'm not noticing any gains in the gym.

How long have you been taking it. Give it at least a 7 - 14 days before you notice weight increase

would it make a big difference if i consumed it after my workout instead of before? because i usually workout at night, so thats why i take the first dose first thing in the morning.

did you read the directions on the jug? take 1 serving 30 minutes prior to a meal and 1 serving 30 minutes prior to working out.

i take v12 twice on workout days and once on off days. v12 has glutamine which your body needs preworkout. typically creatine is taken postworkout but if sans recommends taking it preworkout then who am i to argue? im not sure i understand why you dont just take it preworkout.

Take it 30 min. before workout, and then drink another about 30 min. after with a meal. AND, you MUST drink plenty of water. I am drinking about 300 OZ. per day. But also cleaning out my body of Nic. and Canni. Dude, I noticed change in 2 days. Just make sure you drink the wet stuff.
