I'm 5'3, 125lbs and my BMI is 22. All my fat seems to be in my stomach from years of binge drinking. I have been working out seroiusly for 3 months now and don't really see much of a difference on my tummy. Its still fat and I still have a size 5 waist line when I am normally a size one (I'm petite). I follow the Body for Life eating and work out plan (pyramid) and hit all my high points too but at the health store today, someone suggested Thryocut Free. Is this a good product to use? For I cannot handle even coffee. Are there any known side affects?
