    PH/PS Training

Maybe I should have put this in the training section, but this applies to supplementation, too. I am doing M1T/4-AD right now, and it feels like my body recovers from my workouts quicker. Of course, this is expected. I could use some advice on training during this cycle. I have read that high volume is good for PH/PS. What about more frequent workouts--like working the same area every three days (twice in 6 days)? I certainly don't want to overtrain. I eat tons of the right foods and sleep all I can at night (6-7 hours usually). Two days on, one off two on...? I got the routine down, just considering increasing frequency, and maybe lifting heavy (4-7 reps). What do think? It is a 4 week cycle. Thanks!

Ideally you want to increase volume on cycle, but be aware of any symptoms of overtraining. Even on androgens, a shitcanned cns will still halt your gains.

You'd probably get some excellent advice from the guys in the AAS forum.

When I did my M1T cycle I trained twice a day same routing in the AM and PM but higher volume in the PM and saw great result, managed to get 17 pounds out of the cycle. Had comments coming from a few friends that I had not seen for some time that it looked like I was on roids, M1T is a steroid but damn; it’s as close as you can get to the real stuff legally. Been on PCT for 2 weeks and have lost 2 pounds. I don’t know about working out once a day during the cycle but I don’t know how it can get any better.

I don't know how you can do the same routine twice in one day without overtraining.

It can be done; don’t need more proof for myself.

Anyone else have input on this? I'll try the Anabolic zone if not...

I dont think you'll have to worry about overtraining unless you're lifting an insane amount of more weight than usual.

I would increase volume a little but I think the key to solid growth is high intensity. During a PH cycle I add 1-2 more sets per body part but focus more on using advanced techniques like descending sets, forced reps and negatives.

Also bear in mind that tendons and ligaments etc. heal more slowly than muscle tissue so ample recovery time is still important. I've heard of a number of cases where lifters on PH cycles set new peronsal bests on lifts only to get tendon/conective tissue injuries.

Use your new super powers wisely :-)

Yeah, I just tore a tendon in my leg pretty bad off cycle. It is healing very slowly. I can't even work out my legs. I think I will use more advanced techniques redspy. So far, I haven't had any strength gain, so I don't think I will be lifting much heavier than usuall. Thanks.
