lipo 6 review

hey guys. got a bottle of lipo-6 w/ ephedra, gonna tell you how it goes. also, probably more indepth coverage of it in my journal in the journals section "18 year old trying to cut up..."..

took 2 this morning at around 9. its 120 now and im still buzzing... workout was intense, bicep curls with 125 lbs for 5 reps @ bw of 156. new personal best i think....

ill keep ya guys posted as i know alot of people have been asking about this product lately

i have no appetite at all. this is crazy. im on my high carb day and am dreading the next meal...never had this happen before...

its 9:48. after the first day of this stuff, all i can say is that i could only eat 4 meals today. i usually eat 6-8. im not hungry at all, but am gonna have to force down another meal somehow. thats life

Yeah--I take something very similar to Lipo 6 : Dymaburn Xtreme. It's tha shiznit. I will say that I don't take it before workouts b/c I don't want the risk of BP overload, but the YECA (Yohimbine, Ephedra, Caffeine, Asprin) stack is unbeatable for fat loss and appetite supression. I don't know how LIpo-6 is dosed, but try spreading out a smaller dose over the whole day...like if the "serving" is three pills, try one pill every four hours...this prevents the peak/crash cycle and keeps you amped all day long...take it from me...between my day job and my night job (musician) I work around 18 hours a day and still lift 5 times a week and fell great.

yeah. i know what you mean bye not taking it before a workout. to compensate, i just dropped the hiit for a moderate paced cardio at target heart rate at 135, which is nice and low for me. as for the weights, hmm...maybe ill only take 1 before the next workout?

Lipo 6 gives me bukus of energy, but it gives me the jitters. It kinda makes me feel awful. No comparison to IP's 200 mcg Clenbuterol, though. lol.

Did the Clen make you feel a "rush" like an ECA, or were it's effects different? I am thinking of adding some to a cut cycle next month.

You didn't start @ 200mcg, did you ?!!

Re: Clen, I'll let you know...I start in two weeks...I'm putting off an M1T shootout w/ full bloodwork to do a "final cut" for summer, running M5AA, Clen (cycling weekly w/ ECA), TrX (thyroid stim), and Yohimbine/4OHT Transdermal (homemade)..

hey guys, update here. LIPO 6 IS THE BEST SUPPLEMENT I HAVE EVER TAKEN. been plateud at 165.5 for 4 weeks now. ordered this stuff. within three days i have dropped 2 lbs! No joke, i stepped on the scale this morning at 154.5! I had about 100 carbs yesterday too, so im not totally depleted. This is the only supp i have ever seen work for me. Sesathin and Ab-solved did little to nada

this weight loss is also probably due to my switch to carb cycling. i have been doing it for a week and 3 days now. the first week i lost zero pounds. since adding lipo 6, three days ago, 2 lbs have come off..already..whoa....oh yeah and the six pack is finally coming out for good.

Clen made me huff and puff in the gym. I couldn't sit still. I could stick my hand out and watch it barely shake. It definitely works, though (between 10 -15 pounds in 4 weeks). 200 mcg's?
NO WAY! lol. I started with 50 mcg, split up in morning and at night. I have a written dosage/cycle. I worked my way up to 150 mcg, but then I had to drop down to 100 mcg. Anyone that can handle 200 mcg, gotta give you props! Also, did a 2-day on/2-day off cycle (Ephedrine). I'll try a 2-week on/2-week off as well. I'll see which one works the best.

Yeah, let me know how the "final cut" goes. I'd like your advise sometime on a good cutting cycle that includes PH, thermos, thyroid stim, and anything else. Don't like ephedra though--too much nervous energy. I think I will wait until January to start working on a cut. Bulk till then. Peace
