    Can Some Answer This Please??

I Started Loading With Creatine A Week Ago, I Loaded With 5 Grams 4 Times A Day For 6 Days. I Mix It With Protein Evertime, I Went From 225- 234 In That Time With No Body Fat Raise, It Stayed At 15. No Change In Diet Either. What Happened, Am I Rerally Responsive To Creatine Or Something ????????????? Ps. All I Am Taking Is Creatine, Protein, And Vitamins.

The water retention is IN your muscle, not between your muscle and skin. Therefore, your definition has not suffered, any your body has responded well to the creatine. Now, you must do a maintainence dose for a month or so of 10 mg. a day in your post-workout shake. This type of weight gain is normal and good. Actually, you are on the high end, but don't fear the weight. It is just water in your muscle that will help you during your workouts and recovery. After your creatine cycle is over, the water will work its way out, but you should keep a few pounds of extra muscle if you eat, sleep, and exercise right.
