    Question Zma With Food!

Will ZMA be effective if I take it with food? I could really use the sleep benifits (I don't sleep well), but I don't want to go to bed on an empty stomach. Should I just avoid calcium in my bedtime meal?

I always take it right around my last meal. my last meal is a shake too and you aren't supposed to take it with any dairy products either. But, what the hell else am I going to do.
