It should come with a syringe for accurate measuring. You can either squirt it right down your throat or mix it with some juice. The only nolva I've been able to tolerate doing that with was from lion nutrition. The stuff from phoenix labs (which I believe that is) is easier to take down mixed with an oz. or two of juice. Definately DO NOT inject it.

It's probably the same as liquidex (liquid Arimidex). You definitely DRINK it, not inject it. I drank the liquidex by itself, and it tasted like ogre boogers.

Use the measuring oral syringe and draw up the required amount and release into your mouth. It doesn't taste great so I'd have a glass of water handy to wash it down with.

    DO NOT INJECT THIS STUFF.

The only reason I use liquid (phoenix labs) is that it's easy get ahold of and is pretty cheap ($25 for 50ml - 20mg/ml). I've never found a good tablet source.

How do you judge the quality? I will be taking some tamoxifen pills (20 mg) in a few weeks when I end an M1T/4-AD cycle.
