    VPX Product?

Hello I posted this thread earlier but got no help about a good protein powder.

I am 6’2 195pds and looking to lose some weight while lifting weights. I want to reach 185 to 190. I just started GoPro’s workout program and I would like some tips on what’s the best meal replacement on the market today? I don’t know if I should buy the meal replacement or the Protein Powders. What’s the best choice in my case and what results would I get choosing one of them?
I am taking L-Glutamine as well
    Thanks
    Jay_d

Anyway which one of this is better in relationship with what I need?

VPX MICELLEAN VANILLA 20/PK OR MICELLEAN GRAHAM CRACKER 2LB
    Thanks again

Meal replacements are much more expensive than buying protein powder in bulk and eating real food--but not as convenient. I wouldn't bother with the meal replacements, personally. L-Glutamine doesn't get absorbed when ingested with heavier ammino acids, so if you eat it with protein it is not effective. Gllutamine peptides are different. You should either bulk then cut, or cut, bulk, cut to get to desired weight. It is harder to go both ways at the same time.

    What he said.

Go with an MRP if you don't mind spending the money on convience. The VPX MRP is a good one, albeit pricy.
