Is it really that hard to run a search for the term 'multivitamin' in the title?
I did it in three seconds. This question is asked all the time.

I got no matches also, redspy. The search on this site is not the best. It only does one word. Sure, he should be able to find plenty of stuff about multivs, but if he were to enter "best multivitamin" it would just give him threads where the word "best" comes up. To find stuff on Methyldienolone I had to look up Methyl D, but it only gave me threads that had "methyl" in them. It can be a pain in the ass, really. Now, when someone searches for a thread to find info on Methyldienolone, the first one to come up will be this one, and they will learn jack shit about MD from this article. A better search option is necessary.Originally Posted by redspy
I have studied multi-vitamins in the pursuit of a nutrition degree I am working on at the University of Texas. I have come to the conclusion that Centrum has the best profile, despite all the made for men type stuff out there. There are few manufactures of the raw vitamins, and the quality is the same. Every pharmacy and grocery store has a generic equivalent that will say something like "compare to Centrum". This is the one to get. This won't provide all your minerals, though. You must supplement calcium or eat enough foods containing calcium--preferably >1200 mg/day.
I guess the search results were session driven. Here's the long route..Originally Posted by PirateFromHell
Click on search, select Advanced Search, "multivitamin" as keyword and select Search Titles Only. Voila, tons of stuff on multis.
I haven't used the advance search, but it appears to be just the search engine I was saying is necessary. I'm still learning the site myself. Thanks redspy!Originally Posted by redspy

You could always use a search engine off of this forum . . . works really well (e.g. Yahoo).
