    Whey Protein & Daily Vitamin C

    the label on my Whey Protein says i get 34% of Vitamin C of my daily Value..what does that mean and how do you figure out how much Vitamin C im getting Daily from ht e Whey Protein..i want to make sure im daily around 2000MG

    its minimal... I believe the RDA of vitamin c is approx 200mg. a very small amount, and as atheletes and health fanatics we aim for higher, as the range you mentioned.
