For shakes I like:
Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein
ISO pure MRP
Pro-lab lean mass matrix MRP
For bars: Tri-o-plex bars are really addcitve, use with caution.
I am trying to put some mass on and I was wondering what the best powder suppl is out there; GNC Whey Protein, Nitro-Tech, ect.. Also wondering the best protein bar; Power Bar, Nitro-Tech bar,ect... I'm 33 yrs and 185 lb, recently lost 13-14 lb from stress, work, blah, blah. Would like to put the wt back on. Just would like to get back into shape, tone up, and put some wt back on. Thanks

For bars: Tri-o-plex bars are really addcitve, use with caution.SO yummy. but if any bar, this would be one of the better IMO since its made with oats, more whole food. But as I always say, I would not reccomend eating bars on a daily basis(depending on goals). whole food is SO much better!
