    Xenadrine

I was wondering if anyone can help me with this question. In 2001, I bought a bottle of xenadrine rfa-1. I was enjoying it a lot but i lost it
anyhow, long story short, i found it the other day and i really want to start using it again since i've been getting tired faster lately while working out (it must be the cigarettes and partying)! however the expiry date says "9/03". but i'm thinking, do these pills really go bad? i mean, what's the worse that can happen if i take 2 pills a day for about a week? can anyone help me? i'm ignorant with this sort of thing so any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Before you start taking Xenadrine tells us about your pre workout nutrition. I assume the cigarettes and partying stuff was a joke?

Should be fine in using it..
But I'm also sharing a little bit of concern with redspy in that perhaps you are depending on Xenadrine? Treat your body right and it'll treat you right

I wouldn't be too concerned with the ex. date. Worse case scenario is that it isn't as potent. Now if you start pissing blood, you got problems. Just kidding. I'd work on the lifestyle issues first, though.

nah, i wasn't joking about the cigarettes & partying. I do smoke cigarettes which i have noticed it makes me work twice as harder when i do my cardio and exercises, and the partying..... well, you know how it is. sometimes you can't resist when some of your friends buys you a few drinks after you're already tipsy. i just want to use the xenadrine because i tend to be getting really tired lately that i need a little boost to keep me motivated. i know that cigarettes and partying ain't too good for you, but that's why i workout so i can still be healthy and active. I just don't know too much about supplements and stuff since i don't use it too much, and i don't want to use illegal stuff like speed you know, so that's why i asked about the xenadrine.

thanks for all your help though, i appreciate it.

    Ah, understood.

Remember that rest is the best thing for you..especially when bodybuilding. I don't get enough rest for optimal results..hopefully sooner than later I will be able to

So if you're using Xenadrine RFA-1 for it's stimulant effects, rather than fat burning effects, you can also try using an EC stack. But when you use thermogenics for stimulant effects, you pretty much HAVE to cycle on and off, because your body will build tolerance, and it will no longer keep you "wired" once your body is used to it

You might want to try Mon-Fri ON and then Sat-Sun OFF

If it's fat burning effects you are going for, you don't HAVE to cycle, because even if you don't feel "wired", thermogenesis will still occur, so you will keep benefiting from it, however, you may grow dependent on them..and commonly people don't want to develop dependencies..
