    best way to make whey

    what is the best way to make a whey shake that you have tried i think banna's and soy milk and some ice go pretty good

    There isn't a 'best way', just make it how you enjoy it. I simply add two scoops of whey to ice cold water. Simple, low carbs and minimal calories.

    Yup... If its not PWO I like to mix it with Carb control choc milk.
