Is GNC 100% Whey Protein adequate enough?

I just started in June and it's been working great. I'm on my second bottle. I'll probably be done with this one in about 3 months or so. Is GNC brand okay, are there other better brands? And why the heck is Vitamin World so damn expensive?

I'm just looking for just straight whey protein, no additives, etc.

    Thanks

Check out optimum whey, it's so much better tasting (IMHO) and cheaper. I've had GNC 100% whey and it didn't mix in ANYTHING well.

http://www.allsportsnutrition.com. Go for the Solid Whey. Look @ the price for 10 lbs. Can't beat it! As low as $33. Solid product. Tastes great and easily mixable.

Optimum Nutrition manufactues all of GNC's protein powders but then GNC jacks up the price. much better to buy elsewhere or online. GNC is no bargain

I've been using allthewhey recently. I looked at that Solid Whey, but the protein is too low - 22 g in a 31.9 g serving.

That is a lot of whey! You must mean total protein, right?

GNC products are from a southeast sunny carribean island where only the finest quality ingredients are sown and grown. The products are grain fed and reproduced twice yearly on a small hill in a remote corner of the rain forest where they take the finest care in the process which is done by naked island women with blonde hair and huge boobies, as well as being the cloned twins to both Julia Roberts and Jenna Jameson. This explains why these terrific products are priced the way they are.

For you poorer shlubs like myself, who cant afford those incredible deals, go to http://nutrabio.com/
    they rock.
