    Best Way To Take Flax?

    i tried mixing it in my gainer shake today, and it was absolutely awful. any suggestions?

    I take softgels. They are cheap at Sam's and Costco.

    I used to visit this forum a while back and got a lot of good info. A lot of stuff happened and basically I've just been sitting on my ass. But I'm back and I'm tryin' to get back into it. I never did used to use flax, when should I take it? How much? Why? And where can I get some affordable flax? (I'm on a college budget here
