    What should i take to put on weight?

    HI, guys,

    6'3'', 176 pounds, train 4 times a week. Am currently taking weight gainer, have tried creatine in the past. What would be the best supplement for me to take, to train harder and help put on weight. No roids or PH. Thanks

    G'Day

    As luke stated, adjust your diet and don't rely on supplements for gaining weight. A good clean diet with low glycemic carbs, high quality protein and 'good' fats will do the trick.

    I WASNT GAINING ANY WEIGHT EITHER. I AM NOW 6'5 AND A HALF AND WEIGH 237. AT 17 YEARS OLD THIS IS PRETTY GOOD. SUPPLEMENTS ONLY TOP OFF ALREADY GOOD GAINS. I AM NOW TAKING 1 SCOOP OF ONS WHEY AND ONE SCOOP OF METHOXY PRO 3 TIMES A DAY. I ANIMAL M STAK PAK, 6 STEROL PILLS DIVIDED INTO 3 DOSES, AND ANIMAL PAK 1 TIME A DAY, PLUS 2-4 ADDITIONAL MEALS. PROTEIN IS AT 200 - 300 GRAMS A DAY, CARBS ARE AT 500 - 600. FAT 75 - 80 GRMAS A DAY AND AROUND 3500 - 4000 CALS. I HAVE PUT ON GOOD WEIGHT. I STARTED A LIL OVER 2 WEEKS AGO AT 225 WITH 15% BODY FAT, NOW I AM 237 WITH JUST UNDER 14. MAYBE THIS WILL HELP YOU.

    Quiet Lieing to (New In The Game)(well I take that back maybe its the Juice),, my opinon get your protein (176 grams) one gram per body then uptake your carbs about 150 grams a day. Maybe take some Nox3 and some ZMA,, (Aslo one other thing make sure you get all your vitiamins, get some B-Complex something to help breakdown your proteins. This works for me and I use to have the same problem, and I did it all natural....expect that one mth I had hell of alot of injury's.

    The Juice - Funny Fucker Huh. My Friends Died From That Dumb Shit, I Aint Touching It. I Have Always Gained Very Easily. Same With My Uncle, Father And The Other To Males Inmy Family. On Average When I Am Working Out 4-5 Days A Week And Eating Right I Gain 1-2 Lbs And No Fatadded. It Is Just That Slowed Down Alot Like To The Extent Of No Gains. Plus I Cannot Use Any Of That Shit For Another Reason. I Am Drug Tested 4 Times A Week Since My Probation Requires It. I Am 17 I Do Not Need That Shit.

    I Am On Probation As Part Of My D.o.c - I Did 19 Months In Boot Camp For 4 Counts Of Assualt , Arsen, Tresspassing, Evading Arrest, And The Cop Accidently Got Hit By My Friend And All He Saw Was Me , So I Got That. I Am Past That Stupid Shit. I Will Be Glad When I Am 18 And Off D.o.c, Unless I Fuck Up Then I Am Gone Till I Am 21. But That Aint Happening

    yeah boot camp sucked - but if it wasnt for that i prolly wouldnt be in bb. it took my body to levels i never dreamed, so i thought why not take it to the next level. good thing there is they let use have protein, vitnmins, and creatine, as long as our parents brought it and it was checked out.
